We have gained our own experience with fast-charging solutions and are developing corresponding services in this context. Our perspective was and is always that of the property owner. This is easy for us, as we ourselves are also property owners and landlords of commercial real estate
The incentive for our services is the lack of transparency in the market that we have experienced when implementing our own charging infrastructure. In practice, we have often heard about unattractive conditions for the landlords of charging stations. Our motivation is therefore to grant owners access at superior conditions and thus enable them to participate fairly in the ramp-up of the German charging infrastructure.
Who is actually “we”? Our “we” consists of Dr. Daniel Hann and Sebastian Mentel on the front line and in the company management. Before starting nexus property partners, we both worked for the asset manager DWS Group for 12 years. During our time in asset management, we gained considerable experience in front office areas and positions, most recently with project, budget and management responsibility.
At nexus property partners, we broker licensing agreements for publicly accessible fast-charging stations. We bring together owners, brokers, asset- and property managers with investors, charge point operators and various solution providers.
